AUDIT COMMITTEE
As the Stichting Ushersyndroom is a small foundation, it is not necessary to have the annual accounts audited and undersigned by an external auditor. Still, the Board has assigned an audit committee to audit the annual accounts for us. This audit is done in accordance with the legal rules before 1 July of the next year.
The audit committee consists of:
Ron Nagtzaam
Maarten Paling

The Stichting Ushersyndroom has been designated by the Tax Authorities as an ANBI. With the form we provide insight into the objectives, activities, the main features of the current policy plan and the composition of the board. The foundation has been designated by the Central Bureau for Fundraising (CBF) as a recognized charity. This means that we meet strict quality requirements.
